Charities
SCCCC works in partnership with a number of other charities in Sheffield for the benefit of older people, their carers, friends and family and we believe that only by working together can we make a real difference to the lives of older people.
We support and are supported by, Age UK Sheffield, St Luke’s Hospice, Sheffield Carers Centre, Care in Crosspool and Stocksbridge Community Care Group as well as many others.
