Partnership is at the heart of everything we do at SCCCC and has been since we started in 1966.

SCCCC was formed through a partnership of churches and we continue to be actively involved with them. We also have partnerships with other charities; trusts and foundations who provide financial support for our work; and private companies including Big Yellow Self Storage and Russell Richardson

Thank you to Lavang Shefffield for their support over the years by adding an optional charity donation to their patrions bills, supplying hot food to isolated older people in S10 and donating raffle prizes. 

Our current work, delivered as part of a strategic partnership with Sheffield City Council and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust delivers cost effective support that impacts on the lives of many older people – making a difference to them when they need it most.
