Good Neighbour Scheme Team Leader 

We are looking to recruit a Good Neighbour Scheme Team Leader to be responsible for the effective management and development of the Good Neighbour Scheme so that it improves the quality of life and reduces isolation of those using the service.  To work with the Co-ordinators of the current service which offers a range of support to older people and their carers. A full clean driving licence is required for this post.

Sessional Worker 

We are looking to recruit sessional workers to provide support to our busy schemes.  We would like to create a bank of workers who we can call on, sometimes at short notice, and we are, therefore, able to accommodate a range of preferred working hours/patterns, including outside of normal office hours.  Work can include delivering small items of equipment required for discharge from hospital; collecting people who have attended A&E, taking them home and settling them in (e.g. checking the heating is on, making a cup of tea, etc).  A clean driving licence and use of a car is preferred.
