Good Neighbour Scheme Team Leader - Full Time

Salary: £20,541

Hours: 35 hours per week (full time) 

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for our Good Neighbour Scheme to be responsible for the effective management and development of the  Scheme. This caring, friendly, compassionate individual  will work with the co-ordinators of the current service which offers a range of support to older people and their carers, so that it improves the quality of life and reduces isolation of those using the service.  

A full clean driving licence is required for this post.

Good Neighbour Scheme Co-ordinator (BAME)  

Salary: £19,446

Hours: 35 hours per week (part time hours and job share considered)

Contract Type: Fixed term till April 2022

Our organisation passionately believes in reducing social isolation and loneliness among our older communities. We are therefore looking for a caring, friendly, compassionate individual to join our team as a Good Neighbour Scheme Co-ordinator focussing on BAME communities. As we embark on an ambitious and ground-breaking lottery funded project, providing a targeted approach to engaging with and supporting individuals from BAME communities who are currently feeling isolated and lonely, this exciting and vital role with SCCCC will help to determine and develop the future activity of the charity.

Salary: £7,778 (19,446 FTE)

Hours: 14 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking to recruit a part time Good Neighbour Scheme Co-ordinator to bolster the team.  Co-ordinators who must be caring, friendly and compassionate accept requests for help from a wide range of referrers across health and social care including District Nurses, GPs, social work teams, Care Managers, Community Support Workers and various intermediate care teams.  The Co-ordinator also takes many self-referrals as well as referrals from friends and relatives.
