We would like to create a bank of workers who we can call on, sometimes at short notice, and we are, therefore, able to accommodate a range of preferred working hours/patterns, including outside of normal office hours. Work can include delivering small items of equipment required for discharge from hospital; collecting people who have attended A&E, taking them home and settling them in (e.g. checking the heating is on, making a cup of tea, etc).
