Income Generation and Engagement Manager

As our Income Generation and Engagement Manager, the core element of your role will be business development, forging partnerships, and generation of funding. You will be key in writing compelling funding bids, creating business strategies, and building networks to drive the charity forward. The main responsibilities of the job will include:

  • Being responsible for the development of new projects to improve the quality of life for people in the local area.
  • Identifying funding opportunities & working with key contacts.
  • Delivering income generation targets.
  • Managing the fundraising, marketing, engagement and volunteer recruitment and co-ordination team.

Registered Manager

We are looking for a Registered Manager who is looking for something different, something where you can put your own stamp on a role, use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help us develop the operational plans for our charity. This particular role is more akin to being an Operations Manager but would be perfect for a Registered Manager of a homecare or residential service who is looking to leave the care sector but wanting to use their vast knowledge. There will be the potential for you to take up registration with CQC to develop our services and offering a domiciliary care service where we can deliver personal care and medication calls. The main responsibilities of the job will be: 

  • Assisting the CEO with the overall management of the Charity’s services.
  • Developing & delivering the operational plans for the organisation.
  • Management of KPIs & our team’s performance.
  • Liaising with other organisations & agencies.
  • Cascading our values & representing the organisation.

Sessional Workers

We are looking to recruit sessional workers to provide support to our busy schemes.  We would like to create a bank of workers who we can call on, sometimes at short notice, and we are, therefore, able to accommodate a range of preferred working hours/patterns, including outside of normal office hours.  Work can include delivering small items of equipment required for discharge from hospital; collecting people who have attended A&E, taking them home and settling them in (e.g. checking the heating is on, making a cup of tea, etc).  A clean driving licence and use of a car is preferred.

Location:                  Sheffield

Salary:                       £10.03 per hour

Type of Contract:   Sessional

Hours:                       As and when required
