Terms and conditions
“Win a Bespoke Diamond Creation – Made for You!” Raffle
1.Promoter
This raffle is organised by Sheffield Churches Council for Community Care (SCCCC), a CIO in England and Wales (Charity No 1168077), whose registered address is Unit 19 President Buildings, Savile Street East, Sheffield, S4 7UQ
2.Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
- Employees of SCCCC who are directly involved in organising, administering, or drawing the raffle are not eligible to enter.
- All other SCCCC staff, trustees, and volunteers not involved in the running of the raffle may participate on the same terms as the public.
- Employees of PA Jewellery, the prize donor, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.
3.Entry Details
- Tickets are priced at £20 each and available online only via https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/ticketing/diamond-raffle
- Entries close at 11:00pm on 16 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
4.The Prize
- The winner will receive:
- 1.00ct laboratory-grown diamond
- A private design consultation with a PA Jewellery in-house designer
- £500 towards materials and craftsmanship to create their bespoke jewellery piece
- The winner may choose to:
- Keep the round brilliant cut diamond, or exchange it for another diamond shape of equal weight; or
- Select two smaller diamonds to create a matching pair of earrings.
- The diamond itself may be transferred to another person, but the design consultation and £500 materials credit are non-transferable and must be used by the named winner.
5.Winner -Selection and Notification
- The winning entry will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 17 December 2025.
- The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 21 days, SCCCC reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
6.Prize Conditions
- The prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2026, after which it will expire.
- The £500 credit will be applied directly by PA Jewellery toward materials and labour costs associated with crafting the winner’s bespoke design.
- Any additional design costs beyond the £500 credit will be payable by the winner.
- No cash alternative or substitution is available.
7.Publicity
- By entering, participants agree that SCCCC may use their name, town/city, and photographs for promotional purposes, unless they notify SCCCC otherwise.
8.Liability
- SCCCC and PA Jewellery accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or connectivity issues.
- The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the raffle is final and binding.
9.Data Protection
- Personal data collected during the raffle will be processed in accordance with SCCCC’s privacy policy and used solely for the administration of the raffle.
- Those purchasing raffle tickets may choose to opt into SCCCC’s mailing list should they so wish.
10.Legal Compliance
- This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and is registered as a Small Society Lottery with Sheffield City Council.
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
